One-on-One Mentoring

One-on-one mentoring is a bit like life coaching but geared towards moms and the unique challenges we face. This type of session can feel like anything from grabbing a coffee with a friend to full-out life re-structuring.

Common topics include (but not limited to): Guilt. Self-love. Feelings of overwhelm and/or inadequacy. Feelings of wanting more. Self-worth. Self-care (or lack there of). Grief & loss.
